Member"Out of the box it had zero charge, which is fine, just inconvenient. Then the main brush was continually giving an error of getting stuck. Contacted Kogan support and they got the supplier to send me some advice which involved pulling the main brush apart and spraying the bearing with some silicone spray and it seems to have fixed it. Everything else is good so can recommend this product but just be aware you might have some to do some work out of the box."
