Great experience. Quickly found the book I was after on the website at a significantly better price. Ordered it, received an email confirmation within a minute that it was ready to be picked up. Jumped into my car and drove over to Mighty Ape (fortunate to live close by), and within a couple of minutes I was out of there with book in hand.

Ka mau te pai Packaging of order was very good, but having the option to have the order shipped the next day and the tracking system in place for the delivery was far and beyond.
