The book is a good resource of information regarding the zumba dance wave hitting the globe, It has some great tips on diet too and diet menus.

The only down side is that if you are kiwi you may not understand some of the ingredients, so may have to google them to know what the equivalent is here that you can buy.

The book is concise, clear and the diet is easy to follow. The DVD has a limited number of dance moves but is ideal for the beginner. I'm loving it.
