I wrote this book with the hopes that it might help at least one person who is faced with dealing with the loss of a loved one. We are all affected by death at some point in our lives; hopefully, this will make the transition easier for those facing grief. We are all capable of living a healthy, productive life. This book is about resilience and our individual power to overcome obstacles in the face of adversity and overcoming life's trials and tribulations with the help of a positive outlook on life.
