Consumption Instructions
Drink Tiny Tea 3 times a day, 30 minutes before or after meals. The three times are morning, midday and early evening.

Soak 1 bag in a cup of boiling water for 5–7 minutes at a time.

Avoid drinking me with meals or late at night.

Hot tip: Feel free to add a squeeze of lemon or dash of honey.
