She is the former SVP of HR for a global IT company. Denise serves on the Citizens Review Board for Children in Maryland and is a member of the Leadership Master Mind Alliance in Orlando, Florida. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University. Denise is a Certified Professional Coach and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with HRCI, as well as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She was recognized as a Top 100 Women of the Channel in CRN Magazine in 2010. Denise is married to her high school sweetheart, Tony, and they have two children and seven grandchildren. Denise makes her home in Annapolis, Maryland.
