In the world that we live in today, it's hard to find people who have tough enough skin to stay the course and overcome the obstacles that enter their lives. Their situations or circumstances outweigh their ability to be vigilant and battle the demons they may encounter along their path. I can attest that staying the course is challenging--mentally, physically, and spiritually. Each one of us shares a different story, and life may affect us in a similar manner; nevertheless, our minds are a battlefield in which we strive daily to overcome various obstacles.
Trust me when I say that obstacles are common. They may be in your home, at your workplace, in your church, with your children, in your marriage, and even your health. These are often referred to as a test, not a pass or fail, but the test in your testimony.
I thank God for allowing me to be his vessel and to share this book with each of you. I thank God for allowing you to become aware of yourself as you complete the study guide.

Author Biography:
As a pillar of her church and community, Dr. Knight is an advocate for second chances, reducing the rate of recidivism, and a veteran. Her passion for education and teaching of others is her watchword. Her love for penmanship reminds her that we all exist for a purpose much greater than we live and then we die. Dr. Knight has a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, from Argosy University, Nashville, TN; a Master's of Science Degree in Leadership Management from Thomas Edison State University, Trenton, NJ; a Bachelor's of Science in Public Management from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and an International Business Certificate of Completion from Cochise College, Tucson, Arizona. She also co-authored an inspirational book titled, "Leading Ladies, "chapter 21. Dr. Knight's understands that people have a different walk thru life and may occasionally see life as an emotional and mental roller-coaster filled with despair, such as sickness in your family, loss of a loved one, divorced, drugs, alcoholism, loss of a job, unemployed, or suffering from any addiction, overweight, or underweight, depression, or low self-esteem. As a champion, Dr. Knight fights for the greater good, not only in herself but in others as well. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Master Business Coach (MBC), Certified Executive Leadership Coach (CELC), and Certified Master Trainer (CMT), she also holds the title of the Founder and President of "You Can Do It Foundation", and she is the CEO of "The Business Transformation Coach, LLC." As a Leadership Coach, Dr. Knight provides, leadership coaching to senior executive managers and small businesses. She focuses on Organizational Development, Leadership and Business workshops.
