Works with Steam games and Origin games (those are what I play) and all I did was plug in the USB thing to my PC press a button and then turn on the controller and boom, connected. Also came with batteries and USB extender incase your PC is under the desk. So very very good!
Microsoft made it so its only supported by windows 10 or xbox one. Wished the page had stated that before I bought it.
