At first glance, the game appears to be a repackaged WWE 2K18. It doesn't take long to realize that is very much not the case. WWE 2K19 has brought back the fun feel the games used to have in the SD vs Raw series. The My Career mode is great this year, with a fun, though predictable, story. Money In The Bank cash-in's make every match so much more exciting and the new Payback system adds real depth to the game. WWE 2K19 is a game you can just pick up and play over and over with so many scenarios and different options. A huge improvement over WWE 2K18!

2k/Yukes are getting there with WWE games although the graphics look like they arent as good as in 2k18 but the gameplay is a bit more faster paced than 2k18 seems like they were going for more Simulation/Arcade style game, Steel Cage Matches are better now but HIAC matches seem more frustrating now, Move animations have improved selling of strikes seems better now Career Mode having a proper story was a nice change too even if a bit corny at times, some good changes to Universe mode where you can choose winners of simulated matches now and more customisation overall in Universe mode is another positive.

Lot of fighting and hours of fun.
