I might be slightly biasied because she is my favourite trainer on The Biggest Loser, but Jillian Michaels knows what its like to be fat; and she knows how to make the steps to a better body and eating habits easier than trucking through on your own. There are exercises in the book to work out what type of body and habits you have. In depth photography at the back breaks down exerecises you can do at home.
She is straight-up and honest and encourages the reader to do the same.
Awesome book that I will get a lot of use out of.
