Author Biography

He is a Retired CPA, Raised in North Carolina, educated at the University of Arizona, Western Carolina University, University of Tennessee, and Kent State University. He has worked in twenty two states, and lived in eight in four of the major regions of America. His work has included corporate internal audit, hospital controller, government service as a personnel specialist. He is a member of Mensa and The international Society for Philosophical inquiry, and enjoys working in wood. He has been Active in politics all his life
