Hayden Wilson is an engaging Young Leader who lives to learn, share and grow in all areas of his life. His core philosophy is to inspire through action which helps drive new and innovative growth for those he teaches. He is the creator of many inspirational events, leadership development programmes and small coaching groups, all designed to help Young Leaders around the world show up, stand out and shine bright. He is also the author of the book Why Wait To Be Great, an inspirational guide to help Young Leaders develop within their lives. He frequently travels internationally to learn from the world's best and uses this knowledge to build upon his proven techniques and methodologies learned from years of dedication to his craft. He hosts a popular podcast for Young Leaders which has seen him interview over a hundred experts in the fitness, health and leadership fields, as well as being the founder of be nice. - an international movement focused on sharing more 'nice' around the world. Originally from Shepparton, Victoria, Hayden started from humble beginnings. From cleaning the floor of the fruit canning factory, SPCA, he now shares his love of learning with those dedicated to continuous development and obtaining more love in their lives.
