Corey is a happy and active caterpillar. Suddenly, his life changes when he starts to experience symptoms of depression. He starts to feel sad and angry. Nobody knows what is happening to him. He thinks he's going mad. Then he meets Dr. Mind who guides and helps him make sense of what is happening to him. Dr Mind uses cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to support him in managing his depression. Corey learns that having therapy is the modern medication for treating depression. He uses the skills taught during therapy and starts to feel better once again.
