Description

From the author of the highly acclaimed Being Nobody, Going Nowhere, this is a complete meditation course pointing the reader toward the middle path: the path of simplicity and awareness. The teachings of the Buddha are unfolded here simply and free of jargon, for a contemporary world where our fevered pursuit of pleasure and comfort leaves us, as she points out, 'like children playing in a house on fire, refusing to let go of our toys'.
