Description

'Dan can cook, man' - The delicious smells from his bubbling pot drift along the beach and attract a huge crowd, all eager to help with this Caribbean 'cook-out'. Everyone has something to add to the recipe. A little onion, tomatoes, three fishes, garlic, lime, okra...soon the whole town wants to know: What's in the pan, man?! Tantalizing descriptions and an upbeat text immerse the reader in a world of colour, activity and celebration.
