Gwen Bailey has been Head of Animal Behaviour for The Blue Cross, one of Britain's foremost animal welfare charities, for the past 12 years and is a member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors. First-hand experience with hundreds of different types of cat has enabled Gwen to understand their actions and tell us what they are thinking.
