How To Use:
- Stretch Mark Massage Oil: From the beginning of pregnancy we recommend applying the oil twice a day with gentle circling motion on the abdomen, breasts, thighs and buttocks. More information and helpful massage tips are included on the package insert.
- Nipple Care Cream: Throughout the last 6–8 weeks of pregnancy, apply a small amount of cream to the nipple and areola twice daily, to condition the nipples and promote healthy, supple skin in preparation for breastfeeding.
