flower 45mg; Arnica montana, root 5mg. Contains ethanol. Free from synthetic

Directions of use
Muscular Relief Gel: Apply to the affected area, 3 to 4 times daily in the
acute stage and then twice daily, or as directed by your health care
professional.If symptoms persist, consult your health care professional.

Arnica Sports Shower Gel: Under the shower, wash all over. Follow with a warming massage with Arnica Massage oil, helping to prevent tenseness and sore muscles by keeping the muscles warm and flexible.
