Fleece material, would probably get ripped off by a rowdy pup, but would definitely keep them warm. (Be careful with fleece though, as its not breathable at all). Anyways, definitely stick to the recommended weight, as the biggest available size I thought I would risk it for my pup who's probably about 27, maybe 28kg now and it was too small :(
