Warcraft: The Beginning reviews

The critics slammed it, but I enjoyed it. Characters and creatures seemed like a mixture of Lord of the Rings/Game of Thrones/Harry Potter. I haven't played the games so have nothing to compare it to, but the animation was awesome, and it was a good basic fantasy/action/sci-fi war story.

A consistently poor movie that proves difficult to watch for even the most ardent of Warcraft/Bliz­zard fans.

Linus Roache (from Vikings) plays a dramatic role in this powerful movie. Though based on a game the movie builds intrigue and interest from the opening moments. The character development is well paced and in depth not to the detriment of the speed of the movie. Watch out Star Wars War craft could be nipping at your heels a long running epic series.

Good film,really enjoyed the special effects and how the characters from the franchise were bought to life on the big screen,my family enjoyed the movie alot
