So my barber quality clippers died after 26 years, so I bought these hoping they would be a good replacement. The blades are sharp enough when using them on their own. But the combs are useless. They tend to push the hair down and away from the blades rather than funnel them through to the blades. It's better to use a standard comb in one hand to pull the hair up and then run the blades along it than it is to try and use the combs except for the shortest of hair.
Also, when turning them on they seem to run slower and sound like the battery is going flat even when just charged, and it takes a few seconds for them to wind up to full speed.
