About the Authors:
Gerhard and Henrietta Egger have lived in Rotorua since 1993. Over the years,
they have had a variety of careers, including (but not exclusively) hospitality
and farming. Since 2003, Gerhard has been a professional photographer
specialising in food photography and styling—and together they have published
three previous books.
