Before she knows it, everything in thirteen-year-old Flora Popescu's life has changed. Bel Mooney is a journalist, broadcaster and children's writer of fiction and non-fiction. As well as writing a regular problem column in The Times, she has written numerous books for adults and children, including the popular Kitty and Friends series and Big Dog Bonnie (9781406303995) and Best Dog Bonnie (9781406307320). Bel lives in Bath.
