Author Biography:

Kostas Karantininis is research professor of Economics of Agri-Food Supply Chains & Cooperatives at the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, Denmark. Jerker Nilsson is professor of cooperative business at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Sweden.
