I, too, bookmarked nearly every page, I had to stop because everything looks so good to eat and easy to make– I've made a lot of them already and I'm having a blast. They're delicious, and the recipes are easy to follow. I've also ordered two more copies for my brother and mum.
This is my favourite cookbook by far. The diversity of dishes and flavoursome meals is outstanding. They are easy to follow and there are many healthy yet tasty meals. She recommends GF and Vegan options or replacement items that work well and still taste amazing for my meat loving self.
I’ve created this book for vegetarians, vegans and omnivores alike. Whatever way we choose to eat, there is no doubt that eating more vegetables would do all of us good. So instead of a vegetarian cookbook, I’d more accurately describe this as a vegetable cookbook. Or, a very ‘vegful’ cookbook!
