"More tricky recipes than I'd expected"
3 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

There is a great range of vegetarian recipes, but few unique or outstanding recipes. The photographs of the dishes are beautiful. I found too many of the recipes either tricky or required esoteric ingredients, which put me off. Best for seasoned cooks possibly.
