I wanted so much to like this product but it ended up letting me down :'(

Prior to buying this kit, I had read many mixed reviews. For some, the kit worked well whereas others complained saying it didn't remove hair well and the wax spread very thinly. Not to be discouraged by the bad reviews and instead focusing on the positive I went ahead and bought this kit. I can say, I was let down.

• Cons-
• The roll on does indeed take a fair amount of time to heat up. The directions recommend 20–30 mins however, to get the wax to a nice consistency I left mine for about 45 mins.
• The wax does spread quite thin and didn't catch much hair so instead, I rolled on about 3 layers to get enough wax to cleanly catch all the hair.
• Pros-
• I have to say that although it took quite some time to get the wax consistency right, once it hit the right temperature it stayed there ( provided you keep it plugged in).
• Hair removal was less painful compared to the Veet cold strips I've used in the past. Which is a huge + for this product.
• The roller fits very nicely in my hand and the sides have a lot of grip.

Overall

• Make sure you have plenty of time to spare in your day if you're going to use this kit.
• It's less painful than some other waxing methods

I would also recommend buying extra strips to go with this. If your planning on waxing two full legs the 12 strips provided may not be enough, depending on your hair.
