Author Biography
David L. Black, PhD, is an internationally recognized forensic toxicologist, founder of Aegis Sciences Corporation, founder and CEO of the Phoenix Sciences Group LLC, and founder and CEO of 2nd Vote. Dr. Black has served as a consultant to major organizations for development of substance abuse prevention and testing programs. Dr. Black has extensive experience as an expert witness in local, state, national, and international court cases involving drug use and testing. Prior to attending college Dr. Black served in the United States Marine Corps and deployed for 13 months to South Vietnam from June 1968 to July 1969. He served with 1st Marine Air Wing stationed in Da Nang and Chu Lai in what was referred to as I Corps, just below the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) separating South and North Vietnam.
