Author Biography

Keanon J. Alderson is a professor at the Robert K. Jabs School of Business at California Baptist University in Riverside, California, and holds an MBA and a PhD in organization and management. Professor Alderson conducts research in the areas of family business, entrepreneurship, and social entrepreneurship and teaches a popular family business management course, as well as courses in marketing and entrepreneurship management.
