Author Biography:

Tony Cole is an arbitrator at JAMS and 33 Bedford Row, and is Reader in Arbitration and Investment Law at Leicester Law School. Pietro Ortolani is an Assistant Professor of International Arbitration and Transnational Dispute Resolution at Radboud University.
