TT Combat: Halfling – Goat Rider Battle Standard
Bearer
The tradition of carrying the Battle Standard is one that the Halflings of Goat
Bottom uphold dearly. A punishment for getting last place in the Goat Bottom
Derby, the loser has to carry the banner in the next race too. Of course, with
that heavy banner it's fairly likely that they'll get last again. The record
for longest banner bearer was Tiny Dumper II, who carried it in 61 consecutive
derbies! Then he had to carry it to battle and immediately got squashed by a
friendly Treeman. There was a feast to commemorate his loss, but it was cut
short because the battle was still going on.
This set contains a Goat Rider Battle Standard Bearer. Any Halfling alive knows he needs to be in front of the Battle Standard otherwise he'll have to carry it. In a way, isn't that the best way to inspire them forward?
Model supplied unpainted and will require some assembly.
