Author Biography:

Stephanie A Coleman is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She is a Certified Health Coach and counselor, a certified Reflexologist and a certified Natural Health Professional, and a certified QRA practitioner. Stephanie was a flight attendant for United Airlines for over forty years. Her love of flying and airplanes led to her becoming a private pilot. She has been a licensed pilot since 1979. Stephanie received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1996 and is an accomplished Artist. Stephanie is the mother of an Air Force Colonel and pilot. Her father was a Tuskegee Airman, and her former husband a Commander and pilot in the Navy. Over the years, she has come in contact with many airline and military people. Stephanie is a breast cancer survivor. With the experience of having cancer and seeing how victims of cancer are treated, she has developed a strong interest in most health issues as well as a continuing thirst for health knowledge. Stephanie realizes how little the average American knows about the workings and needs of their own bodies. This book is an attempt to inform the general public, as well as airline personnel, of what they can do to be proactive about their own health and to prevent disease when they fly.
