A picture book full of whimsical, full-colour pencil illustrations. The little boy, unnamed is 'Everykid'. Throughout the week he finds time to eat pizza, play and do other 'kid' things. But he is too busy (or so he thinks) to thank God for his fun times. On Saturday, he decides to go swimming but -- he can't swim. Scared and in trouble, he suddenly finds time for God. This easy-to-read text may be mastered by beginning readers or told to little ones (and it teaches them the days of the week too!). The story is funny and endearing. A fresh and uncomplicated child's eye view of the need for God at all times, not just in times of trouble.
