"Almost better than Diablo II"
5 stars"

As you can see from screenshots, this game is very similar to Diablo II however it's not exactly identical to Diablo and in some area I found this game is more flexible and interesting.

1st of all in this game you can customise your character by select 2 base classes from total of 8 (9 in immortal throne) eg, you can start as Fire mage (Earth) then decide to go up close and personal by select Warfare as your 2nd class (Earth+Warfare = Battle Mage) with 9 primary classes, there are more then 44 total classes!!

The game itself is also pretty good, story line, graphic, weapon (common, magical, unique, set), tons of magic stone to enhance your weapons (each difficulty level have its own set of items and stones)

In brief, this game is one of the best RPG games on PC I've ever played; If you like Diablo then I strongly recommend it.

"Better than D2, you'll always come back to it"
5 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

This game is awesome. Take D2, then take out all of the annoying things from D2 and WoW, and youre left with this kick ass game.

Here are some examples: I looks a million times better. Has ragdoll physics. You dont need arrows to use your bow. Potions stack to 5 and they aren't limited to your “Belt”. Inventories are large, and get larger as you progress. All monsters' armour and weapons are randonly generated, and the drop everything they have for you to loot (so if you see a glowing sword, kill him and take it!). Gold is nothing in this game (by the end of the first difficulty youll have a few million gold). No repair bills! 9 classes, of which you can choose 2 at once. EVERY ability and bonus and multiplier STACKS! Thats right, yknow how you wish your speed bonus in your other games would add on top of your speed skill? IT WILL. Take everything literally.

So all in all, probably one of the best games ever. You'll keep going back to this game.

IGN RATINGS FOR TITAN QUEST (PC)
8.5 Presentation
Plenty of tutorial tips, intuitive controls and mechanics, comprehensive manual, and many options for tuning the game to your system.
8.5 Graphics
It looks quite good, but anti-aliasing is oddly taxing. The three world environments could use some more variety, though.
8.5 Sound
Voice acting, sound effects, ambient sound, and music are all well done.
8.0 Gameplay
There's dozens of hours of content, but the transitions are slow enough to make things feel grindy; loot tables are odd; not much incentive to buy items.
8.0 Lasting Appeal
There's online multiplayer, but the game is too linear to invite much replayability.

Titan Quest: Immortal Throne

Continue the epic story and battle through the sinister underworld of Hades. Along with new foes, players will find new allies. Players will interpret the prophecies of the blind seer Tiresias, fight alongside Agamemnon and Achilles, and use the wiles of Odysseus to conquer this dark new adventure.

  • 10 Additional Character Levels allows players to bring existing and new characters to new heights, along with higher level equipment and skills
  • 8 New Character Classes The expansion pack features an entirely new skill mastery, which combines with existing skill masteries to create eight new exciting character classes.
  • New Exotic Monsters and Locations Quest through exotic locations in the Mediterranean area and ultimately descend across the river Styx into the heart of Hades. Defeat terrifying new monsters on your way to victory!

“Immortal Throne is a great addition to the original Titan Quest. The new inventory options and the new mastery skill add a lot of fun and convenience to the core game and the additional Hades act really extends the game nicely for players who have already completed the rest of the campaign. It won't win over any gamers who aren't already fans of the action RPG format, but it sure works for people who are hankering for a new angle on the same type of action.” 7.8/10 – IGN
