Baek Ho Jung is Associate Professor with the Department ofInformation and Communication Engineering, Hoseo University, Asan,Chungnam, Korea. Tapan K. Sarkar is a Professor in the Department ofElectrical and Computer Engineering, Syracuse University, New York.He has authored or coauthored more than 300 journal articles,numerous conference papers, 32 book chapters and 15 books. Yu Zhang is Associate Professor of Xidian University andcurrently works at Syracuse University, New York. Zhong Ji is an RF/Antenna engineer at LairdTechnologies. Mengtao Yuan has been with Cadence Design Systems, Inc.in Tempe, AZ since 2006. Magdalena Salazar Palma is with the Departamento deTeoria de la Senal y Comunicaciones, EscuelaPolitecnica Superior of Universidad Carlos III deMadrid, Spain where she is Full Professor and Chairperson ofthe Department. She has authored more than 260 publications inbooks, scientific journals and symposium proceedings. Sadasiva M. Rao has been teaching electromagnetic theory,communication systems, electrical circuits and other relatedcourses for the last 25 years at various institutions. He iscurrently a Professor in the Dept. of Electrical Engineering atAuburn University, Alabama. Dr. Rao's research has had a tremendousimpact on the electromagnetic community/industry.
