Magdalena Salazar Palma is with the Departamento deTeoria de la Senal y Comunicaciones, EscuelaPolitecnica Superior of Universidad Carlos III deMadrid, Spain where she is Full Professor and Chairperson ofthe Department. She has authored more than 260 publications inbooks, scientific journals and symposium proceedings. Sadasiva M. Rao has been teaching electromagnetic theory,communication systems, electrical circuits and other relatedcourses for the last 25 years at various institutions. He iscurrently a Professor in the Dept. of Electrical Engineering atAuburn University, Alabama. Dr. Rao's research has had a tremendousimpact on the electromagnetic community/industry.
