Description

This Anglican lectern edition is a large, lectern-sized, hardcover version and seeks to fulfill the rubrical desire that the lessons be read from a book 'of appropriate size and dignity' (BCP, 406). The interior pages are an easy-to-turn ivory paper. The print is crisp, clean, and large enough to read easily from the lectern. The size is 8 1/2" by 11" (21 x 29.7 cm). In these three-year lectionary, a Synoptic Gospel is assigned to each year. "Year A" focuses on the Gospel of Matthew, "Year B" on the Gospel of Mark, and "Year C" on the Gospel of Luke. The Gospel of John is used in all three during the Sundays after Easter and also serves to supplement Mark in Year B. This book contains the scripture readings used at Mass for Sundays, Solemnities and Feasts of the Lord and the Saints.
