In the past year Mr. George Lockhart Rives has tendered his resignation as Trustee, in consequence of having accepted the position of Assistant Secretary of State of the United States. The Board, While regretting the loss of Mr. Rives' valuable services, have as yet taken no action on said resigna tion. N 0 other changes in the Board have occurred.
