while the graphics and game play is really basic i didnt get it for that lol i got it as i remember playing that and with apes price why not lol … its a nice game and can drag (unless u speed it up)

warning… it doesnt run on vista or win 7 so you need to do the following.....

copy from disk hosp folder to your c drive… then you need to download a programe CorsixTH_DirectX you can google that one…

cos the game is well old… you need the above to run it as there is no patch to run on 64 sys and i tried all the advise even the support people dont have a clue… but that programe well play it…

brilliant game, I don't know about Vista but this game works well on XP already if you're lucky enough to still have the original disc! From time to time, I still bring out the disc and start the game again. My disc may have gotten damaged by water so will have to haul it out again and see if it works. Good to know I can order it again if its no good.

My siblings & I had so much fun with this game growing up. I love starting from scratch & building a full running hospital. You can hire doctors, nurses, cleaners and receptionists. The conditions you have to cure are as hilarious as are the ways to cure them e.g. Bloaty head is cured by popping the swollen head & then reinflating it using a machine. Brilliant funny game!

I remember playing this game back in my flatting days and really enjoyed it then. So now that I have it again, is it just as good as I remembered? It is!! Even more so, these are the things I love – designing and building the hospitals, the progress you can make from hospital to hospital ( it's not a quick game ), the silly illness's you have to cure ( the squits, tv personalities, bloaty head…), the announcements by the receptionist ( “patients are asked to be patient”, “no vomitting please.” ), and people can get really mad with you if your doing something wrong..there is so much more. I would recommend this game to everyone who enjoys strategy style games with a bit of humor!!

I brought this after playing the Playstation version for years. This game is exactly as I remember it- fun and challenging. Endless hours of fun will be had if you purchase this game :)

I always loved this game when I was younger, I had it on playstation one and played it everyday after school. When I saw it on Mighty Ape for my computer I immediately hit add to trolley and bought it. I love controlling my own hospital, and hiring and firing Doctors and Nurses. You can build all the rooms, research new one and research new interesting diseases like king syndrome and the squits. You can accept Emergencies and visits from VIP's and even send people home if you don't want to look after them today. Love the Game so much I now own it twice!

I had this game when I was younger and loved it. I had hours of fun and some strugles to but all in all it was fun. This game is good for young and old. It has lots of stuff going on that needs to be kept an eye on so go out there get this game and have fun

In brief, I recommend this to everyone I know from the casual to the hardcore gamer. Much support can be found online for those who don't have Vista or XP, or have a 64 bit machine. Have fun!

Love this game! My cousin gave it to me when I was 11 and it was my favourite for a long time.

If you're into the tycoon kind of games (like Zoo Tycoon, Roller-coaster Tycoon), then this is the game for you.

Build GP offices, wards, and other specialty buildings, plus hire doctors, nurses and janitors. Your hospital, you control it :)

This game is awsome for an old game!! I recomend it to everyone!!
