Oz has a new neighbour, Jimmy "The Tulip" Tudeski (Willis), a killer with 17 bodies to his credit. He's refused witness protection from the FBI after ratting on Chicago mob boss, Lazlo Gogolak and moved to Canada for his safety. Safe, he thinks! Oz's scheming wife has bamboozled him into revealing Jimmy's whereabouts to Gogolak's son, Janni, who is hellbent on planting "The Tulip" six feet under!
