Description

The fourth-book in her popular Open Hearts series, The Wave: Inspiration for Navigating Life's Changes & Challenges features Jane Seymour's original artwork and uplifting quotes and stories which illustrate how the exhilarating crests and unexpected crashes we all experience in life can be weathered with grace, humor, and an open heart. With philosophical and inspiring messages from the Bible, great minds, famous works of literature, and stories from her personal experiences, Seymour shows how to let go of what you don't need, regroup with what you have left, and soar to new heights. The Wave is a book that will resonate with anyone who is currently enduring financial, health, spiritual, or family challenges, has already come through the other side of a painful experience, or seeks to support and inspire a loved-one or friend as they find themselves riding one of life's many waves
