So this engaging pack can be purchased and played independently from the core set however the core set gives you more characters & walkers to include on your battlefield. Its an incredibly fun game with an easy to understand rule set for fast zombie killing gaming. The in book scenarios can be difficult however very achievable. This doesn't hit the 5 star mark for me, purely around the ‘next level’ of this game requires imagination and self made scenarios (still a ton of fun)
