If you are a fan of vampire novels, this book is a must read!! Darren Shan continues his saga of the character, Darren. Mr. Crepsley, Darren and all the Freaks are back again in this novel of thrills and chills.

Adults and children alike will LOVE this novel. I enjoyed this book better than the first! Mr. Shan is writing this saga in about 20 parts, so these novels will keep all of us entertained in the future.

This is the sixth title in the saga of Darren Shan - and the final part in a trilogy, following Darren's initiation into the vampire clan. Betrayed by Kurda and reeling from the brutal slaying of Gavner he is branded a traitor and hunted by the clan. Ages 10+.

Author Biography

Born in London in 1972, Darren O'Shaughnessy [ writing as Darren Shan] moved to Limerick with his parents and younger brother. Darren returned to London to study Sociology and English then worked for a TV cable company. His first adult novel Ayumarca has been published by Orion and his writing has been likened to Clive Barker and Iain Banks. He is now a full-time writer of TV scripts and novels. The Vampire Prince is his sixth title for children.
