Written with all the drama, insight, and descriptive beauty as the first, but this book see's Ayla really struggling with life outside the Clan. Her journey continues and was just as enjoyable as the first, if not more. I read it in a few hours, and can't wait for the next in the series to arrive on my doorstep!
