Miley Cyrus is moving out of the Disney sound she had with her first album, and is now creating her own sounds. Party in the USA is great, although sounds slightly like her life story, but has a great beat, and her hit song The Climb is also featured. All in all, a great album for your Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus lover.
