Author Biography

Nigel Harris is Emeritus Professor at University College London. He specialises in urban and economic development and the economics of migration. He has worked as a lecturer and research fellow all over the world and has been a correspondent for The Economist as well as international editor of The Economic and Political Weekly in Mumbai. He has written hundreds of academic papers and books and this is his first novel. He currently lives in London.
