Description

This court martial never took place. But it should have. Admiral Kimmel, as Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, bore the brunt of blame for the surprise Japanese sneak attack. He requested a court martial to clear his name, but that request was denied. This fictional court martial is based on actual testimony given by witnesses in the nine diffeent investigations into the causes of that tragedy.
