This is a western with a well defined story line and a number of, fairly unsubtle, sub-plots. Sharon Stone stars as the unlikely female entrant, Lady, in the ultimate quick draw duelling competition for money. Russell Crowe and Leonardo DeCaprio play key roles as Lady battles the town's bandit overlord John Herod (played by Gene Hackman). There are a few laughs along the way thanks to the script and Sam Raimi's directorial brilliance. Well worth watching.
