Author Biography:

Leonardo Mello e Silva is a reader and researcher at University of São Paulo (Usp), Brazil. With a background in Sociology (focusing on Labour Studies) at Unicamp (Masters) and Usp (Ph.D), Brazil. He is a member of the Center of Studies on the Rights of Citizenship at Usp. His main research interest is industrial relations, ranging from labour process analysis to collective bargaining.
