Author Biography

John Scott's novel What Have I Written won the Victorian Premier's Prize for Fiction and was made into an award-winning film directed by John Hughes. Before I Wake, his sequence of five novellas, was shortlisted for the National Book Council Banjo Award, the Miles Franklin Award and the Victorian premier's Prize. The Architect was shortlisted for the Adelaide Festival Awards for Literature, The Miles Franklin Award, and the Victorian Premier's Prize. John Scott lives in Bowral, New South Wales.
