Steve Coogan is The Parole Officer.
After moving back to his northern home town, honest but inept probation officer Mike Crystal (Steve Coogan) witnesses a serious crime, and ends up getting framed for murder. The only way to prove his innocence is to break into a bank vault where the crucial evidence is stored. To do that, Mike must persuade the only four criminals he has successfully rehabilitated to return to their dishonest lives to help him rob the bank. Just a little bank heist, nothing serious.
